Registration must be completed by 11:59PM AEST on 14 March 2021 to take advantage of the costs savings applicable to the Early Bird Rate.
Registration fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
PLACES ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO 80 PASSENGERS.
All registrations must be received no later than 11:59PM AEST on 28 April 2021.
If insufficient registrations are received by this date, the field trip may be cancelled.
Method of Payment
Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
· Credit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted (Note a 2.5% booking fee applies). If you are making a credit card payment from a country outside Australia, for security reasons you must first advise your banking institution of the impending charge and authorise them to allow the charge to Australia to go through. Please note that charges to your credit card will appear as being from "Sassaffair Event Manag" on your bank statement.

Early Bird Rates Close: 11:59PM AEST on 14 March 2021
Registrations received up to the 11:59PM AEST on 14 March 2021 deadline must be paid in full in order to receive the early bird discounted registration rate.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Deadline: 11:59PM AEST on 28 April 2021
Cancellations must be notified by e-mailing the Dinosaur Safari Co-ordinator (email@example.com). Cancellations made by 11:59PM AEST on 28 April 2021 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs.
As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another person by 11:59PM AEST on 28 April 2021 without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after 11:59PM AEST on 28 April 2021 will only be made in exceptional circumstances.
Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Australia does not constitute a refund. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The Dinosaur Safari Co-ordinator must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.
All best endeavours will be made to present the Dinosaur Safari as described on this website. The Organising Committee and its agents reserve the right to cancel or alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the Dinosaur Safari, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising Committee are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation or alteration.
In the event of the cancellation of the BBGG Dinosaur Safari, all registrations and associated components of attendance will be cancelled and amounts refunded in full.
In the event that the state borders are closed between Friday 27 August – Sunday 29 August 2021 from your departing city to Queensland and you are therefore unable to attend the BBGG Dinosaur Safari, a full refund will be offered for the value of your registration and associated components of attendance.
The Organising Committee are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Organising Committee does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
