Registration must be completed by 28 February 2020 to take advantage of the costs savings applicable to the Early Bird Rate.

Registration fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

 

Method of Payment

Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.

Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

·       Credit card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted (Note a 2.5% booking fee applies).  If you are making a credit card payment from a country outside Australia, for security reasons you must first advise your banking institution of the impending charge and authorise them to allow the charge to Australia to go through. Please note that charges to your credit card will appear as being from "Sassaffair Event Manag" on your bank statement.

·       Bank transfer: Please include your surname and invoice number in the transfer and email the transfer receipt (remittance) to tanya@sassaffair.com

 

Payment Deadlines

Early Bird Rates Close: 28 February 2020

Registrations received up to the 28 February 2020 deadline must be paid in full in order to receive the early bird discounted registration rate.

 

Registration Cancellation Policy

Deadline: 10 July 2020

Cancellations must be notified by e-mailing the Dinosaur Safari Co-ordinator (tanya@sassaffair.com). Cancellations made by 10 July 2020 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. 

As an alternative to cancellation, registrations may be transferred to another person by 10 July 2020 without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after 10 July 2020 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. 

Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to Australia does not constitute a refund. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The Dinosaur Safari Co-ordinator must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.

All best endeavours will be made to present the Dinosaur Safari as described on this website. The Organising Committee and its agents reserve the right to cancel or alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the Dinosaur Safari, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising Committee are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation or alteration.

 

In the event of cancellation of the Dinosaur Safari, registered delegates will receive a full refund of all monies paid within 30 days of the announcement of cancellation. 

 

The Organising Committee are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Organising Committee does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
